- Refunds for employer subscriptions or job postings will be considered under the

- Service Not Delivered: If the services you paid for were not delivered as described.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were mistakenly charged more than once for the same service.

- Refunds for colleges subscriptions will be considered under the following

- If you need to completely withdraw a job posting, please contact our support team. Note that withdrawals are subject to the same refund eligibility criteria outlined above.
Job Seeker Services:
- Job seekers may upgrade or downgrade their subscriptions at any time. Changes to your subscription plan will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so through your account settings. Cancellations will not result in a refund for the current billing cycle but will stop any future billing.
